Wine of France. The colour is a pale yellow with green tints accompanied by aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit) with smoky notes. The palate is round, with a great acidity (coming from the later ripening sites at higher altitude). A lot of freshness on the finish mixed with salty notes, which conveys the minerality of the wine. Alcohol content, ABV (13.5%).
