Fresh Fruit Bowl Salad

This easy to prepare dessert is perfect for you Christmas party or in any occasions. Loaded with red and green fruits, making it the perfect light and healthy addition to your dining table!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 1 red apple, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 2 kiwi, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp water

Steps:

  1. Combine all fruits in a glass bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the honey, lime juice and water to make a thin dressing. Drizzle over the fruits and stir gently to coat.
  3. Covered and refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving.
  4. Ready to be served.
